Philips Respironics had AI ambitions across operations and product but no operating model, governance structure, or ROI framework to evaluate use cases responsibly under FDA-regulated constraints. The Chief of Staff wanted a working blueprint, not a slide deck.

Aligned 30+ stakeholders across 10+ business units. Built an ROI-and-regulatory-risk framework to evaluate ~30 use cases. Delivered an 18-month implementation roadmap to C-suite sponsors covering governance, talent, change management, and phased funding. Selected from 200+ applicants via CMU's Corporate Startup Lab.
